FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - Is the registration automatic? - NO! Every new registration is validated and must be approved first. - What if I submitted false info? - False registrants are denied access and will be blocked. - Can I retrieve my lost password? - You can get a new one, then change it with the Account Manager. - Can I cancel my membership? - Yes, you can log-in to the Account Manager and cancel your account. - Can I change my login name? - No, you cannot! However, you can cancel your current membership and create a new one with a new member login name and password. - I've already registered, but still can't get in. Why? - Your registration application has not been approved yet, or, if you have registered previously in our old system, then your info has not yet been entered into our new database. In that case it is recommended that you submit a new registration instead of waiting. - What happens if I try to enter before approval? - DO NOT try to enter before you receive a confirmation letter from us, otherwise after several failed attempts the system will block you completely! - How long does the approval take? - The average time for new registrations is within 24-72 hours. - Do I receive an approval notice? - Yes. Please check your email in BOTH the Inbox and Junk mail folder. Email services utilize different junk-mail-filters, which are not perfect and accidentally may put legitimate mail into the Junk folder. - Why do the clips stop frequently? - Your web connection may not be fast enough for the broadcast. - Why should I make a donation? - We encourage everyone to make a donation in order to support our work and to keep our one of a kind International-Hungarian cultural project alive. To show our appreciation in return, we have created a special "V.I.P. Area" with a much larger library, available full- screen mode to watch the titles in theatre style, and to provide additional perks and benefits. - Can I buy a V.I.P. membership? - V.I.P. is by invitation only and NOT a paid membership! - Do I get invited into V.I.P. if I make a donation? - It all depends on the amount of donation we receive, but in most cases we send out invitations to our more generous donors. - What is a “FULL V.I.P. SPONSORSHIP"? - It is a more dedicated, large value sponsorship that we offer to high-value donors and companies, whom then can enjoy many additional commercial benefits. Be advised, however, that our “T.O.S.” applies to all Visitors, including VIPs with NO EXCEPTION!!!
